I ordered this surfboard because I love surfing, but I live far way from beaches, so I need to transport the board by car or plane, and man, this is the perfect solution.
Honestly, i found it's better than I expected! The surfboard is incredible. Once inflated, its undifferentiable from a normal solid surfboard, even better than the foammies I've tried.
I'm not a surf expert, but for me, at my level, and surf experience, the board is more than enough. I'm enjoying it a lot, trully happy.
I'll admit, I wasn't convinced at first. Then I had the chance to try one for a session, and it completely changed my mind. It's way more rigid than I expected and surf like a foamie! I ended up buying one the same week.
It's now my go-to board for those smaller, fun days when I'd normally take out a foamie instead of my hardboard. The best part is that it fit in a small backpack, which makes it incredibly convenient.
We bought two Pumpin surfboards and honestly it has changed how we surf. The backpack makes it so easy to take it with you on holidays. We just throw it on our backs, walk to whatever empty beach we feel like, and pump it up right there on the sand. No roof racks, no crowded spots, no hassle.
Also, the quality of the boards is really good! Once it’s inflated the board feels rock solid, not floppy at all. And because of the volume and air inside it floats a little more than a regular board, which means we’re actually catching more waves!
